The Foreclosure Document Bank is a repository of sample pleadings and motions that can be used by Maryland Foreclosure Defense attorneys.  To be eligible for access to the document bank, you must be a Civil Justice Network attorney, a Foreclosure Project Volunteer attorney (you have participated in a foreclosure training conducted by Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland and Civil Justice), or an attorney of a legal services partner.
